Selected for population growth, permitting climate, and proximity to established employment centers.
The Trident Companies was founded by three partners with a shared focus on land acquisition, development, and investment.
Bruce Danielson is a veteran real estate developer with over 25 years of experience acquiring and developing land throughout the Tampa Bay region and beyond. Over the course of his career, Bruce has personally identified, negotiated, and brought to market more than 8,700 residential lots across over 60 projects, along with nearly 400,000 square feet of commercial space, including the 170,000 square foot Parrish Town Center. He cofounded Belleair Capital Group, LLC in 1998, where he spent 20 years acquiring and developing land across the Tampa Bay area. In 2018, he founded Danielson Development, LLC, creating landmark developments such as Crosswind Point (home to Parrish Town Center) along with Crosswind Ranch and Salt Meadows in Parrish, Florida. Today, as Principal and CEO of The Trident Companies, he brings over two decades of land acquisition and development expertise to guide the company's growth across Florida and the broader Sunbelt.
Reece DiSalle is a land acquisition professional with experience spanning acquisitions from Arizona to Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Corporate Communication with a minor in Real Estate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He began his career at Homes by WestBay, gaining early exposure to the land development process, before joining Allied Development in Arizona, where he served as Coordinator of Land Acquisition & Partnerships. In that role, he focused on sourcing off-market land opportunities, building relationships with landowners and brokers, and supporting the negotiation and underwriting process from initial contact through contract. Today, as VP of Land Acquisition at The Trident Companies, he leads deal sourcing and landowner outreach across Florida and the broader Sunbelt, identifying land in future growth corridors and building the relationships necessary to structure and complete successful real estate transactions.

Dylan Neter is a lifelong Floridian with a background in land development spanning growth markets across the state. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Entrepreneurship from the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. He began his career at Homes by WestBay, first as a Land Intern supporting underwriting and field due diligence, then advancing to Project Coordinator and later Assistant Project Manager, where he supported land acquisition and site design, oversaw land use documentation, managed project budgets and schedules, and oversaw physical site construction through to completion. Today, as VP of Land Development at The Trident Companies, he leads due diligence and land planning on acquisitions throughout Florida and the broader Sunbelt. Dylan is committed to developing communities and building neighborhoods people are proud to call home.
